Narrative

On November 2, 2022, an employee was securing a return recycler pump to a pallet for shipping. As she was lining up a bracket with the dunnage bolt hole of the manufacturer's packaging, the pump shifted and caught her left little finger against the dunnage. The fingertip was amputated.
