Narrative

An employee was dumping materials into a dumpster when the skid steer loader tilted forward against the dumpster. The employee's hand became caught between the skid steer loader and the dumpster, resulting in a laceration and crush injury to the left middle and ring fingers and an amputation to the middle finger.
