Narrative

Two employees were securing a 20-foot long piece of wood/metal to an excavator. As it was being lifted by the excavator, the piece fell approximately eight feet and struck the injured employee, resulting in fractures to the legs, ribs, pelvis, and spine as well as two punctured lungs.
