Narrative

An employee was helping perform maintenance on a new high pressure grease pump prior to delivering it to a customer. The high pressure grease cracked the fitting and lacerated the employee's hand at 5,600 psi. Grease was injected into the wound. The employee was not wearing PPE at the time.
