Narrative

In the warehouse, an employee was picking a detail part from a bin while standing on the third step of a stock-picking ladder cart. She fell off the ladder, hitting it on the way down, and landed on her right side. The employee sustained eight fractured ribs on the right side and a laceration to the right thigh.
