Narrative

An employee pulled up to the access control arm of the employee parking lot. Her window was frozen shut so the employee opened her vehicle door and stepped out to scan identification. Her vehicle rolled forward and pinned her leg between the vehicle door and the frame of the vehicle. She was hospitalized for a left tibia fracture, a fractured left femur, a laceration to the back of the left leg, and tendon damage to her left knee area.
