Narrative
An employee was sitting in the driver's seat of his roll-off box truck when a garbage truck that was next to his truck began dumping at the landfill. A part of the other truck's hydraulic system ruptured and the pressure forced the hydraulic hose and a piece of conduit from the other truck to strike the employee's passenger door glass. The glass shattered and hydraulic oil entered the cab of the injured employee's truck striking his right side, face and eye.
