An employee was spray painting the front of a frac tank. He was moving down the steps, spray painting the surfaces he had just been occupying, when he reached to spray a spot and lost his balance. He fell backward and the back of his head struck the concrete floor. He lost consciousness, suffered bleeding inside the skull, and was hospitalized.
