Narrative

On January 5, 2023, an employee used a crane to move a steel beam onto a conveyor. After placing the beam, it fell off the conveyor and struck the employee's left foot. The employee was hospitalized and released the same day but later experienced complications with their foot, resulting in amputation to two toes.
