Narrative

An employee was helping to guide a trailer that was being moved to the bay door by an overhead crane. The trailer was attached to the crane block with hitch safety chains. To pivot the trailer, the employee pulled the safety chains, causing them to unwind and remove the employee's left middle fingertip.
