Narrative

An employee was lifting a calendar roll onto a wagon when the mounting bolts came apart on a nearby monorail crane, causing a 168-pound electrical cabinet to fall 20 feet from the crane. The employee was struck by the cabinet and sustained a spinal cord fracture.
