Narrative

An employee was operating a robotic palletizer machine when they noticed a bag of corn leaking product. The employee turned off the machine and removed the broken bag from the pallet. The machine was then activated, causing the employee to get struck by and pinned to the pallet. The employee sustained fractures of the vertebrae and ribs that required hospitalization.
