Narrative

At 2:15 p.m. on January 20, 2023, an employee was working on a faulty press and pushed down on the top of the press to assist it. The press returned to the start position while the employee's hand was still on top; a rod attached to the head of the press caught the employee's left middle finger and amputated it.
