Narrative

On January 20, 2023, an employee delivered a drum to a customer's location, put it on a drum stand, and began adjusting it by sliding it a few inches on the stand. As the drum slid, it pinched the employee's left ring finger against the drum stand frame, causing the fingertip to be amputated.
