Narrative

An employee and co-worker were removing horizontal beams from warehouse racking. The employee turned to talk to a co-worker and as the employee turned back around, the beam they were moving struck him in the face. The employee sustained a C7 vertebra fracture, concussion, and a cheek laceration.
