Narrative

An employee was assisting to erect the first tilt panel with the help of a crane. The crane cabled down to lower and set the panel. The employee had gone to the foundation level and the panel swung, trapping him above the waist between the panel and dirt bank, resulting in a punctured lung and rib fractures.
