Narrative

An employee was using an electric winch to pull a boat onto a trailer. The boat moved and caused the employee to lose balance and grab the frame of the trailer with his left hand. At the same time, the rope quickly tightened and struck the employee's left hand, severing his left ring finger above the first joint.
