Narrative

An employee was obtaining measurements on ceiling tiles when their foot slipped through a hole in the floor, causing the employee to slip through the opening. The employee had both feet in the hole and was holding onto the top wall. He lost his grip and fell 14 feet to the scissor lift below him, resulting in rib fractures.
