Narrative

An employee was assisting his co-worker in loading freight into a box truck. As the liftgate was raised with the freight and pallet jack on it, the liftgate dropped about one foot, causing the freight to fall on top of the employee who was hospitalized for multiple spine and rib fractures, lung perforations, and a knee dislocation.
