Narrative

On March 3, 2023, at approximately 9:30 AM, two employees were utilizing a forklift to move a tractor tire. Employee 1 was operating the forklift, while employee 2 balanced the tire on the forks. The tire fell off the forks and pinned employee 2 against the tire of another tractor. Employee 2 was hospitalized with a fractured neck.
