Narrative

An employee was climbing into a trailer to retrieve trash prior to backing the trailer up to a loading dock. The employee reached the trailer floor, stepped inside, and then lost his balance and fell backward 5 feet onto the pavement. He sustained a fractured pelvis and femur.
