Narrative

An employee was replacing the casing and pistons on an elevator. While descending the fixed ladder inside the elevator pit, he slipped on one of the rungs and fell 2 feet to the floor. He landed on the sides of his feet causing his ankles to roll. He sustained fractures to the ankles.
