Narrative

An employee was conducting patrol enforcement activities on an all-terrain vehicle (ATV). While turning on a caliche dirt road, the ATV struck a rut and rolled onto its side. The employee was thrown from the vehicle. The employee sustained a fractured upper right arm that required surgery.
