Narrative

An employee was on the sorter to modify airlines. The photo-eye was activated and the lumber arm dropped down a few inches. As the wood dropped, the employee went to catch himself and grabbed a horizontal cable which then moved, pulling their hand into the spool. His left index fingertip was amputated.
