Narrative

An employee was loading concrete traffic barriers onto a semi trailer when he tripped, causing his foot to become caught between the pins that hold the barriers together and the step deck of the trailer. The employee sustained a compound fracture to the lower right leg and fractures to the foot/ankle. The employee was hospitalized and had surgery.
