An employee was operating a trackhoe to assist in the removal of a 6x24 trench box from a lowboy trailer. The employee felt the road start to give way so he set the trench box down. The trackhoe then tipped onto the passenger side, causing the employee to sustain a right femur fracture that required surgery.
