An employee was moving an aerial lift outside to install lighting under an awning. The aerial lift drove off the loading dock and the rear wheels fell 3-4 feet to the ground below. The boom of the aerial lift struck the roll-up door of the loading dock and ejected the employee from the basket. The employee fell to the concrete floor and was hospitalized for a head injury.
