Narrative

The injured employee was pulling a hot tub on a spa dolly that had rubber wheels. A second employee was pushing the spa dolly. While moving toward the back of the customer's house along a paved walkway, the spa dolly came off the walkway and onto the grass and the hot tub started to tip over. The spa dolly landed on the injured employee's legs resulting in a dislocated right ankle and torn tendons in the left ankle.
