Narrative

An employee was preparing to cut pipes with a portable band saw. He undid the tie wire and leaned one end of a 20-foot long pipe on a removable rail. As he went to move the pipe, a different rail was knocked over. The rail fell onto the employee and struck his left leg, resulting in a left tibia/fibula fracture.
