Narrative

An employee was fueling a chop saw in preparation to cut rebar. After placing the saw in a horizontal position, the gas cap leaked fuel onto the employee's leg. The sparks from cutting then ignited the fuel, causing the employee to sustain burns to the left leg and hands.
