A BWS Inspection Services, LLC employee was standing near the worksite waiting to visually inspect the quality of work when completed. Meanwhile, another company was performing a hot tap into a natural gas line. A spark from the hot tap ignited a fire in the line, causing flames to come out of both ends of the pipe. The BWS employee sustained burns.
