Narrative

An employee was pulling a synthetic winch line out of the winch rollers to attach to limbs and debris so that they could be dragged toward the chipping area. The employee's right hand was caught in winch rollers, resulting in a right ring finger fracture and lacerations to the right middle and index fingers.
