Narrative

An employee was uncoupling a loaded trailer from the truck. At the same time, the equipment that was loaded on the trailer was being removed from the trailer. The unloading of the equipment caused the uncoupled trailer to move back and upward, trapping the employee between the front of the trailer and the back of the truck. They sustained rib fractures and a punctured lung.
