Narrative

Employees were using a lift to place a harvester head onto jack stands. The lift hydraulics activated and pushed the harvester head off the jack stands and onto two employees. Employee 1 was hospitalized with fractures to the pelvis and femur and a dislocated hip. Employee 2 was struck in the head and sustained a concussion but was not hospitalized.
