Narrative

An employee was standing on top of a stack of pallets approximately 3 feet, 9 inches tall to adjust a conveyor near a palletizer. The employee lost his balance when coming down from the pallets and fell to the concrete floor below, resulting in a compound fracture to his left wrist.
