Narrative

Employees were setting up steel cables to be tested. As they were walking across the facility adjacent to a steel cable that was being tested, the cable snapped. The injured employee began running, then tripped and struck his head on a steel bar. The employee was rendered unconscious and sustained an ear bone fracture.
