Narrative

A temporary employee was moving a steel coil using a forklift when the coil slipped off the forks, causing the vehicle to rock. The employee fell out of the vehicle to the floor and a fork from the vehicle came off and struck their right leg. They were hospitalized for a right leg fracture.
