Narrative

An employee had been unloading product onto the loading dock. The employee was working to get the docking plates in place and trying to keep a leveler from folding too early. The employee pulled the chain for the docking plate while holding the leveler. The plate pinched the employee's finger and amputated it to the first knuckle.
