Narrative

On June 15, 2023, at 11:30 AM, an employee was moving a belt on a pumping unit when he slipped, causing his right hand to get caught between the belt and sheave. His right wrist was dislocated and required surgery and his left ring finger was amputated at the last joint. The employee was hospitalized.
