Narrative

An employee was standing on the bed of his truck using a strap with a built-in band cutter to band a pack of beams to the headboard of his truck. The employee lost balance and fell approximately 48 inches from the bed of the truck onto the blacktop surface below. The employee landed on his left hip area, resulting in a fracture.
