An employee was operating a baler machine. The door of the baler machine was stuck and the employee was using a steel pipe to tap it to get it to release. The employee was standing in front of the pipe when the door opened and hit the pipe, causing the pipe to strike the employee's head. The employee sustained a skull fracture.
