Narrative

Two employees were clearing a log hang-up in a box chain conveyor in the log processing line. As they contacted the log, the chain began moving backward, causing their feet and legs to be pulled into a log stop bar. One employee sustained a leg fracture, the other employee sustained two lacerations to the bottom of the foot.
