Narrative

An employee was operating a powered industrial truck (PIT) when the vehicle struck another PIT that had a pallet elevated. The pallet broke upon impact and entered the driver side cockpit of the PIT that the injured employee was driving. The pallet struck his leg, resulting in a fracture.
