Narrative

An electrical crew was working on a 3-phase electrical distribution pole and attempting to pull in an underground primary line. The injured employees contacted a lightning arrestor on an energized transformer, resulting in an arc flash. The employees sustained burns to their shoulder, arms, and hands.
