Narrative

An employee was working as a part of a 3-person digging crew to install exterior electric. The injured employee was walking adjacent to a 2' x 2' excavation when they lost their footing on uneven ground. They fell onto a protruding metal conduit stake and then fell into the excavation. The employee sustained lacerations that required surgery and hospitalization.
