Narrative

On July 23, 2023, an employee was using a forklift to move a 4,000-pound paper roll from a stand. The forklift dropped the roll and as he was manually moving it into position to lift it with the forklift, his left hand was caught between the roll and the stand. The employee sustained injuries to the left middle and ring fingers.
