Narrative

On July 27, 2023, an employee was making a delivery when he tried to prevent a box from falling off the dolly. The employee heard a snap in his right knee. He fell to the ground, striking his head on the pavement. On July 28, 2023, while at home, the employee's right leg gave out and caused the employee to fall, tearing the quadriceps in both legs.
