Narrative

An employee was lifted 15 feet in a blue carry cart picking products for transfer. While the employee was placing the products in the cart, he lost his balance and the cart fell over. The employee fell to the floor, sustaining injuries to the left wrist, left side of the face and nose, as well as lacerations to his lip and chin.
