Narrative

An employee was bringing materials to co-workers that were performing roofing tasks. As the employee went to observe the hole that a removed HVAC system had left, the employee fell approximately 18 feet through the hole to the concrete floor below. They sustained fractures to the skull and back as well as brain hemorrhaging.
