Narrative

On August 31, 2023, an employee was using a metal tool to clear paper on a pulper machine. The hook got caught in the paper, which then fell into the pulper, and started spinning the tool. The tool caught the employee's glove and twisted it, resulting in a partial amputation to the left thumb.
